Almond Royal:

30ml Bundaberg Rum Royal Liqueur. 15ml Brown crème de cacao. 60ml cream. Dash amaretto. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish: wedge of orange.


Apricot Dream:

45ml Bundaberg Rum. 30ml coconut cream. 15ml apricot nectar. Dash apricot brandy. Dash sugar syrup. 2 tinned apricots (optional). Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend well with ice and serve in a large cocktail glass.

Aussie Coffee:

Into a coffee mug or glass pour 30ml Bundaberg Royal Liqueur. Add piping hot black coffee (or alternatively hot chocolate). Stir. Add 1 teaspoon sugar (optional). Gently float whipped cream on top.


Aussie Midnight:

30ml Bundaberg Rum. 30ml Coffee Liqueur. 30ml Brown crème de cacao. 30ml cream. Shake with ice and pour into a highball glass. Add a dash cola and two straws.



Banana Banger:

45ml Bundaberg Rum. 1/3 fresh banana. 30ml cream. 30ml orange juice. Dash sugar syrup. Combine all ingredients into a blender with ice, blend well and serve in a large cocktail glass. Garnish: A slice of banana (skin on) and mint leaves.

Between the Sheets:


14ml cognac, 14ml Millaquin, 14ml Cointreau. Add dash of lemon juice and ice and shake well. Pour into cocktail glass and add cherry.


Black Night:


15ml Bundaberg Royal Liqueur. 15ml Cognac. Serve over ice to sip.


Blue Bonanza:

30ml Bundaberg Rum. 1/3 fresh banana. 60ml Coconut cream. 15ml Blue Curacao. Dash sugar syrup. Combine all ingredients into a blender with ice. Blend well and serve in a large cocktail glass. Garnish: slice of banana (skin on) and a cherry.
