Bundy Bougainvillea:

30ml Bundaberg Rum. 15ml Brown crème de Cacao. 15ml orange Curacao. 30ml cream. 3 drops Grenadine. Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish: Split strawberry.


Bundy Caress:

45ml Bundaberg Royal Liqueur. 30ml Orange juice. 30ml pineapple juice. 30ml coconut cream. Dash sugar syrup. Shake with ice and pour into a large cocktail glass. Garnish: Cherry and pineapple leaf.

Bundy Colada:

A measure and a half of Bundaberg Rum, 2 oz Pineapple juice, dash of line cordial, level tablespoon of cream, 2 drops coconut essence – shake well with ice.



Dark and Stormy: 30ml Bundaberg Rum and Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Serve ice cold.

Mohawk: A mix of 30ml Bundaberg Rum and sarsaparilla. An oldy but a goody!

Bundy Moonbeam: Bundy Rum with Lemonade.

Bundy Smooth: A measure of Bundaberg Rum, glass of orange juice, ice – stir well.

Cuba Libre: From the early days of “drinkin' rum and Coca-Cola” Everyone should know this one!

Bundy On: Bundaberg Rum on ice

Moreton Bay Porridge: A mix of Bundy Rum and milk.

Bundy Dry: Bundy Rum with Dry ginger ale.

Mishap: 30ml nip of Bundaberg Royal Liqueur. ¾ fill glass with cola then add a good dash of cream. We suggest you make this drink over a sink area as it will froth up like a spider softdrink.

Milky Toad: 30ml Bundaberg Royal Liqueur and milk

Greta's Kiss/Dirty Harry: 30ml Bundaberg Royal Liqueur. Float cream over a spoon. Serve in a liqueur glass.
