Details: Watermark is a limited edition of a special blend of hand picked 5 year
old rum from Vat 46. Each bottle caries it’s own unique code (individually numbered).
BDC contributed all its profits from the sale of this fine rum to the 2011 Queensland
Flood Relief.
Watermark is a limited release rum produced to mark the point where the flood waters
peaked during the floods. To mark the “Iron” will of ordinary people, to mark those
who gave to others when their own lives were guttered. To mark the spirit in every
town on the hard road to recovery.
BDC crafted this bottle to mark the day when people came together, shared a story
and a laugh and kept going.
Street parties were held at 15 different venues all over Queensland and 1 in Victoria
with bands such as GANGgajang, Rose Tattoo, Spiderbait, The Whitlams, Ross Wilson
and Grinspoon, just to name a few. Entry to these venues was a gold coin donation.
Variations: Bottles 4 – 999 were limited to 1 per adult customer at the Bondstore
$AUD40 RRP. Bottles 1,000 + limit of 30 bottles per adult customer. After the distillery
release it was available at bottle shops Australia wide.
